Injection Lipolysis

Lippodissolve, Messotherapy or Injection Lipolysis is another fat reduction technique that involves injection of a mixture of chemicals into the tissue to dissolve the lipid content. The general constitution of this mixture of chemicals is  phosphatidylcholine(PPC) and sodium deoxycholate. (DC). PPC and DC are surfactants with PPC rich in phospholipids and DC a bile constituent.

This treatment is more effective when the treatment is required on a small part of the body rather than the entire body. The portion which is not effectively free of fat content even after exercise or diet is identified and marked and then the chemical is injected into the subcutaneous layer. This is effective in cases of reducing the fat from the tummy, reducing tyers, double chin, cheeks, fat arms etc. This technique again requires 2 or more sittings in 8 week minimum intervals to achieve the desired results.

Procedure

Injection lipolysis is conducted by marking the area to be treated by a grid and thereafter administering the injection which constitutes the above mentioned chemicals to destroy the fat cell membranes thereby destroying the cell. The fat is absorbed into the body and later purged out by natural ways. There is significant improvement in the contours of the body part.
